1. Paper feeding section:

This revolutionary design eliminates the need for traditional paper guide rubber rollers and embossing roller pressure feeding. The cardboard gracefully transitions directly to the printing roller via the front edge vacuum. The power input gear of the intermittent divider of the paper feeding section shares the same outer circle as the vacuum paper guide wheel of the front edge pressure-free section, simplifying the process without adjusting the paper guide rubber roller pressure feeding. This ensures the auxiliary paper feeding time is maximized, making paper feeding time adjustments effortlessly simple.
Our paper feeding section embraces the renowned French Martin front edge paper feeding structure, featuring a table top tilting lifting mechanism. The lifting table top is thoughtfully designed to be lower in the front and higher in the back during operation, significantly reducing the risks of paper jams and cardboard damage at the front end. This feature is perfect for single corrugated and curved cardboards. The Martin bellows, a snail-type suction blower, delivers concentrated and powerful suction, efficiently handling high-strength and heavier cardboards to keep them aligned perfectly. The lifting and lowering mechanism employs a light-pressure bearing wheel frame design. When cardboards are stacked high, the weight increases.
