1. Paper feeding section:
With our innovative servo pressure-free extended paper feeding front edge, the need for a paper guide rubber roller and embossing roller pressure feeding design is eliminated. Our solution ensures that the cardboard is smoothly transferred directly to the printing roller via the front edge vacuum mechanism. The power input gear of the intermittent divider aligns perfectly with the outer circle of the vacuum paper guide wheel. This pioneering feature negates the need to adjust rubber roller pressure, allowing for maximized auxiliary paper feeding time and an extremely straightforward paper feeding time adjustment.
Our French Martin-inspired front edge paper feeding structure boasts a tilting lifting tabletop, which significantly minimizes paper jams and cardboard damage by maintaining a lower front and higher back during the lifting process. This design is ideal for both single corrugated and curved cardboard. The advanced Martin bellows, equipped with a snail-type suction blower, delivers concentrated and enhanced suction power, especially on high-strength and heavier cardboards. This ensures precise paper feeding without slippage, while the light-pressure bearing wheel frame design efficiently manages weight when cardboard is stacked high, optimizing blower speed in the pressure-free section.
The implementation of a pressure-free front edge paper feeding system effectively addresses the issue of cardboard damage caused by paper guide rubber rollers, preserving the cardboard's physical integrity almost entirely. This advancement provides carton manufacturers with greater flexibility in material choice, as the removal of the rubber roller mechanism ensures cardboard protection during transit-a feat other systems have yet to accomplish.
