The synchronization between the power input gear of the intermittent divider and the vacuum paper guide wheel of the pressure-free section simplifies paper feeding without needing adjustments. This innovation extends auxiliary paper feeding time and simplifies adjustment operations, enhancing efficiency and ease of use.
Ingeniously crafted, the paper feeding section is built with the French Martin front edge paper feeding structure, featuring a tilting tabletop that rises and lowers, minimizing the risks of paper jams and cardboard damage. This structure is ideal for both single corrugated and curved cardboard. Equipped with a snail-type suction blower, the Martin bellows ensure a concentrated and potent suction force on high-strength and heavier cardboard, maintaining precise alignment during feeding. The light-pressure bearing wheel frame design reduces weight load when cardboard stacks are high, significantly enhancing the bellows' speed in the pressure-free section.
Our pressure-free front edge paper feeding system addresses the common issues of cardboard damage by traditional paper guide rubber rollers.
