1. Paper feeding section:
The revolutionary design of the servo pressure-free extended paper feeding front edge eliminates the need for traditional paper guide rubber rollers and pressure mechanisms. With this innovation, the cardboard glides seamlessly to the printing roller via front edge vacuum technology. The synchronized power input gear of the paper feeding section and the vacuum paper guide wheel ensures no adjustment is needed for pressure feeding. This allows extended auxiliary paper feeding time with remarkably simple operation.
Incorporating the renowned French Martin front edge paper feeding structure, our equipment offers top-notch performance with its tilting lifting tabletop. This feature minimizes paper jams and cardboard damage, especially beneficial for single and curved corrugated cardboards. The Martin bellows, with its snail-type suction blower, exerts superior force on high-strength and heavier cardboards, preventing any skewing during feeding. The light-pressure bearing wheel frame design efficiently manages weight loads, enhancing the speed of the bellows in the pressure-free section.
Our pressure-free front edge paper feeding system eradicates the risk of cardboard damage by paper guide rollers, maintaining the cardboards' physical integrity and providing carton manufacturers with more flexibility in paper choice. By removing the paper guide rubber roller mechanism, we ensure complete protection of all cardboards during transportation, achieving a goal unattainable by other systems.

2. Front edge paper feeding system

3) Our intuitive system allows for one-button electric adjustment of the side, front, and rear baffles for quick setup.

3. Automatic zeroing device

2. Printing part: (optional 1-4 color printing)
1. Printing Roller:
