1. Paper feeding section:
The sophisticated servo pressure-free extended paper feeding front edge is ingeniously designed, eliminating the need for a traditional paper guide rubber roller and embossing roller pressure feeding. Our streamlined system transfers cardboard directly to the printing roller using advanced front edge vacuum technology. The power input gear aligns perfectly with the outer circle of the vacuum paper guide wheel. This innovative approach removes the necessity of adjusting paper guide pressure, thereby lengthening auxiliary paper feeding time to its maximum and simplifying the time adjustment process.
The paper feeding section features the renowned French Martin front edge paper feeding structure, with a unique table top tilting lifting mechanism that ensures seamless paper feeding. As the table top lifts, it is cleverly tilted, lower in the front and higher in the back, minimizing the risk of paper jams and cardboard damage. This design is ideally suited for single corrugated and curved cardboard. The Martin bellows, a snail-type suction blower, delivers a concentrated and powerful suction, perfectly handling high-strength and heavier cardboard to maintain precision and prevent skewing during feeding. The innovative light-pressure bearing wheel frame design elevates and lowers the paper feeding table with ease, significantly reducing the load and enhancing the bellows' performance in the pressure-free section.
Our cutting-edge pressure-free front edge paper feeding system triumphs over the traditional methods by eradicating the risk of cardboard damage from paper guide rubber rollers. It ensures the preservation of cardboard's physical integrity, thus offering manufacturers greater flexibility in paper selection. By doing away with the paper guide roller mechanism, we protect all cardboards from potential damage during transport, achieving what other mechanisms could not.
