II. Printing Department
1. Printing roller:
1) Outer diameter: 395mm, (including plate outer diameter: 410mm).
2) Steel pipe surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
3) Balance correction, smooth operation.

5) Full plate hanging plate slot, suitable for 9mm hanging plate strips.

2. Paper feeding upper and lower rollers:
1) Upper roller outer diameter 86mm, thick-walled steel pipe. Equipped with two paper feeding wheels.
2) Lower roller, outer diameter 140mm, thick-walled steel pipe, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
3) The paper feed roller gap dial is manually adjusted, and the adjustment range is 0-12mm. 3. Steel anilox roller
1) The outer diameter is 180mm (mesh number: 180, 200, 220, 240, 260, 280). (The mesh number is optional)
2) The steel tube surface is ground, the mesh is pressed, the surface is ground, and hard chrome is plated.
3) Balance correction is performed, the operation is stable, the dots are consistent, and the ink is applied evenly.

Transverse movement and repair device: 1) Mechanical transverse 40mm, floating device, die cutting uniform scale automatically compensates for line speed, which can make the die cutting rubber pad wear evenly and extend service life.
2) Repair uses electric repair device to improve the reuse rate of rubber pads, which can be repaired 3-4 times.
3) Pneumatic automatic separation device for die-cutting rollers reduces the wear of rubber pads, thereby increasing service life. 4. Plate-free fixture:
1) Die-cutting, quick interchange and multi-function in one, conventional boxes do not need templates.

IV. Transmission gear:
1. 40 Luo alloy steel, tempered, shaved and nitrided.
2. Six-level accuracy, smooth operation, low noise, hardness HRC55-60, long life, low wear, can ensure the accuracy of printing color registration for a long time.
3. The transmission parts of the whole machine (shaft and gear connection) are all keyless connection (expansion sleeve) to eliminate the connection gap, which is suitable for long-term high-speed operation with large torque.
V. Oil supply device:
