Detailed description:
The practical fully automatic box nailing machine is composed of five parts: paper feeding part, folding part, box nailing part, counting output part and electrical control part. PLC control touch screen input data, box nailing part movement servo motor control, simple and reliable operation. Automatic paper feeding, automatic folding, automatic correction, automatic nailing, automatic counting, automatic stacking output, front and back of the whole machine, synchronous adjustment, order storage, distinguishing the working disadvantages of box gluers and box nailing assembling machines, the main machine nailing and gluing are separated up and down, one-key conversion, left and right horizontal movement, and the nailing and gluing work independently, which is more convenient, fast and efficient when adjusting. A. Paper feeding part:
1. The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, the system is noiseless, and the speed regulation is flexible and stable.
2. Imported porous skin is used to transport cardboard, which is stable, efficient and accurate.
3. The paper feeding part can be adjusted electrically, which is suitable for the paper supply needs of various specifications of cartons, which is convenient and fast.
4. Equipped with a side slapping device to ensure that the paper feeding is not skewed.
B. Folding section
1. Linked with the paper supply section, variable frequency speed regulation, folding and paper feeding section pressure line adjustment synchronously.
2. Imported porous belt is used to convey cardboard, automatic folding, and full adsorption, which effectively avoids the phenomenon of skewed, slipping and stacking of various cardboards such as weighted boxes, coated boxes, and glazing boxes during work, making the whole machine more stable and efficient.
C. Correction section
1. This machine will have a shaping device before nailing the box after the folding section. Before nailing the box, the folded carton will be shaped and patted again to ensure that the nailed carton has no scissor edges.
2. The correction section is driven by a servo motor.
D. Nailing box section
1. The nailing machine head is made of special material, which is wear-resistant and not easy to damage.
2. The feature of this machine is that the machine head is directly driven by a servo motor, with stable and accurate speed.
3. The nailing line uses 2 reels of 20kg large flat wire automatic wire feeding device at a time to reduce the number of wire changes and improve production efficiency.
4. This machine can perform single nailing, double nailing, reinforced nailing, head and tail nailing on cartons.
5. The nailing speed can reach 700 nails per minute.
E. Counting, stacking and output section
