Product Description

1. Paper feeding section:
The servo pressure-free extended paper feeding front edge employs a revolutionary design that eliminates the need for paper guide rubber rollers and embossing roller pressure feeding. This innovation allows the cardboard to seamlessly transition to the printing roller through the front edge vacuum. The power input gear of the intermittent divider in the paper feeding section is synchronized with the outer circle of the vacuum paper guide wheel of the front edge pressure-free section. Without the need to adjust paper guide roller pressure feeding, the auxiliary paper feeding time is maximized, and adjustments to the paper feeding time are now effortlessly simple.
The paper feeding section incorporates the renowned French Martin front edge paper feeding structure, utilizing a tilted lifting table top to achieve smooth paper feeding (with the table top low in front and high in the back during the lifting and feeding process). This significantly reduces the risk of paper jams and cardboard damage at the front end during feeding. Perfectly suited for single corrugated cardboard and curved cardboard, the Martin bellows, a snail-type suction blower, delivers a concentrated and powerful suction force. It ensures high-strength and heavier cardboard remains aligned during paper feeding. The light-pressure bearing wheel frame design supports the lifting and lowering of the paper feeding table, accommodating increased weight when cardboard is stacked high. This design considerably enhances the speed and efficiency of the bellows in the pressure-free section.
The innovative pressure-free front edge paper feeding system eradicates the problem of cardboard damage caused by the paper guide rubber roller. By completely avoiding damage to the cardboard, this system maintains the cardboard's physical quality at nearly 100%, providing carton manufacturers with greater flexibility in paper usage. The removal of the paper guide rubber roller conveying mechanism ensures all cardboards remain intact during transportation, accomplishing a feat that other front edge paper feeding mechanisms have yet to achieve.
