The innovative servo pressure-free extended paper feeding front edge design eliminates the need for cumbersome paper guide rubber rollers and embossing roller pressure feeding. Directly transferring the cardboard to the printing roller via the front edge vacuum, this system harmonizes with the power input gear of the intermittent divider, perfectly aligning with the outer circle of the vacuum paper guide wheel of the front edge pressure-free section. With the removal of the need to adjust paper guide rubber roller pressure feeding, the auxiliary paper feeding time can now reach its maximum potential, making paper feeding time adjustments refreshingly straightforward.
Our paper feeding section, with its French Martin front edge structure, incorporates a sophisticated table top tilting lift that seamlessly completes the paper feeding process. The lifting table top is ingeniously low at the front and high at the back during its operation, significantly minimizing paper jams and damage to the leading edge of the cardboard. This elegant design is ideal for single corrugated and curved cardboard types.
