general description
1-1 Application
This is an automatic strapping machine with polypropylene type. The bundle objects are limited to frames. Internal specifications can be customized according to customer requirements (standard specification: width 969mm * 505mm high). The machine is not suitable to bind the package which is wet, dusty, powder-like or heavy (general max load is 80kg).
The machine was developed for binding, and it can only allowed for binding purpose. Attention should be paid to the bearing capacity specification. Please clear all before using the machine.
The device is not suitable for environments that may be explosive. For use in explosive environment, the machine needs special customization.
When the strapping machine is used for strapping food or medicine, it is recommended to specially customize the machine using stainless steel, and the machine should be cleaned and disinfected with cleaning disinfectant in accordance with industry regulations.
When the strapping machine is used to bind corrosive dangerous articles (such as Marine products), it should be careful to prevent rust, do not let corrosive liquid into the inside of the machine. Once in, dry immediately to prevent motor overload caused by rust.
When items or liquids overflow onto the ground around the machine, they should be immediately cleared to avoid the risk of personnel slipping.
We recommend PP tape of the following specification :

1-2 Fix and install
The machine must be installed on the hard floor and immovable. The power supply must be consistent with the nameplate instructions on the side of the machine.
There are castors at the bottom of the machine. To ensure the stability of the machine, the locking device on the casters should be pushed to the locking position before operation. The machine should be fixed to the floor with a base foot if the object causes large vibrations during binding. See figure 1-2 for casters and goblets.

The installation site shall meet the following conditions:

Space: Min 2000mm×1500 mm
Other: Dry ventilation, away from smoke, non - corrosive materials
1-3 Transport and storage
Long-distance transportation or long-term maintenance of machinery which must be packed in wooden cases or hardboard cases and fixed to a strong gasket.Put the absorbent in the packing case and spray anti-rust agent inside the machine. Do not pile any heavy objects on the top of the box. Don't turn the machine upside down when transporting and storing.
After long-distance transportation or long-term maintenance of machinery, suggest to manually check all active parts first to avoid overloading of electrical equipment.
1-4 Move
Carry with forklift (See figure 1-2) do not collide violently when handling, and keep the center of gravity steady when handling, so as to prevent machine damage or loose parts from working.
1-5 Working standing position description
When working, the worker stands in front of the machine and about 100mm away from the machine (so that the machine can be operated freely), see Figure 1-3.
