1. Printing roller:

3. Steel anilox roller (3 sets)

2. Rubber pad roller (upper roller)

4. Plate-free fixture:
1) Die-cutting fast interchange multi-function in one, conventional box does not need template.

It has the functions of carrying, applying glue, folding and forming several layers automatically. It adopts PLC control, touch screen operation and pre-storage and management of orders. Its high-speed production capacity, fast-changing orders and good stability can meet the shorter and shorter delivery cycle requirements of our carton customers.
I. Features of this machine:
1. This machine adopts the design concept of South Korea's Qinglong Company and uses heavy square tubes to fix the folding arm to achieve stable and non-vibrating folding arms.
2. The folding belt adopts a separate power, which can extend the service life of the belt and reduce the tension of the belt.
3. This machine uses a rubber belt to convey the cardboard to ensure the stability and deviation correction function of the cardboard during operation.
4. The counting and discharge part adopts the lower parallel paper feeding method, which solves the problem of large scissor difference of the cardboard.
5. The printing part and the box gluing part can realize differential linkage, the total width of the cardboard can be input, and the box gluing belt can automatically track to achieve the minimum distance of 5-10cm between the cardboards, so as to reduce the speed of the belt, increase the speed of the box gluing, and reduce unnecessary belt wear.

2. Introduction to the function of the gluer

Gluing part: The glue part adopts a non-stop method or a gluing system to avoid glue curing. The gap between the glue wheels is easy to adjust. The dial is suitable for glue with a thickness between 1 and 9mm. The amount of glue is easy to adjust.
In order to increase the belt speed, the lower bridge is adjusted synchronously with the flexographic printing slot production speed. At the same time, the folding belt and the conveyor belt are produced at almost the same speed for flexographic printing slot production, avoiding the folding machine and the water-based printing slot part from being out of sync, which may cause the cardboard to get stuck, and achieving precise delivery.
The upper and lower belt speeds can be adjusted separately, that is, their speeds are different, and it can be adjusted to the same speed.
The folding cardboard adopts a belt or rubber roller method, which is convenient for adjusting the folding angle.
The paper feeding part adopts spring pressure to adjust the gap, and the thickness of the cardboard is automatically adjusted between 1 and 9mm.
Cardboard stacking and counting pieces.
The stacking cardboard adopts a mechanical method and sensors to achieve full automation.
The counter (sensor) counts the number of cartons, which is convenient to set and reliable.
The cardboard stack is counted and pushed accurately by computer.
