1. Paper feeding section:
The servo pressure-free extended paper feeding front edge adopts: no need for paper guide rubber roller embossing roller pressure feeding design, the cardboard is directly
transferred to the printing roller through the front edge vacuum, the paper feeding section is the same as the outer circle of the vacuum paper guide wheel of the front edge pressure-free section by the power input gear of the intermittent divider. Since there is no need to adjust the paper guide rubber roller pressure feeding, the adjustment of the auxiliary paper feeding time can be extended to the longest, and the adjustment of the paper feeding time is very simple.
The paper feeding section adopts the French Martin front edge paper feeding structure table tilting lifting to complete paper feeding (the lifting table is low in front and high in the back during the lifting
paper feeding process, which greatly reduces the paper jam caused by the front end of the cardboard feeding and the cardboard damage) is more suitable for
single corrugated cardboard and curved cardboard. The Martin bellows is a snail-type suction blower with a more concentrated blower. For high-strength cardboard, the suction force of the weighted cardboard is greater, thereby ensuring that the cardboard runs obliquely during paper feeding. The lifting and lowering of the paper feeding table is a light pressure bearing wheel frame design. When the cardboard is placed very high, the weight increases. During the paper feeding process, the bearing wheel frame can reduce the weight load, so that the speed of the bellows in the pressure-free section is qualitatively improved. The use of the pressure-free front edge paper feeding system solves the problem of the paper guide rubber roller damaging the cardboard, completely avoids the damage of the paper guide roller to the paperboard, and ensures that the physical indicators of the cardboard are almost 100%, allowing carton manufacturers to have more choices in the use of paper. Due to the cancellation of the paper guide rubber roller conveying mechanism, all cardboards are protected from damage during transportation, solving the goal that other front edge paper feeding mechanisms cannot achieve. 1. 2. Front edge paper feeding system

3. Automatic zeroing device
1), the paper feeding unit and die-cutting unit are electrically automatic zeroing.
2), general cartons use automatic zeroing devices, and two trial prints can be adjusted to the correct position to reduce cardboard waste.
4. Dust removal device
1) The brush dust removal device of the paper feeding part can remove a large amount of impurities on the printed surface of the cardboard and improve the printing quality.
2) The storage order can reach 999, and the automatic alignment is accurate and efficient.

1. Printing roller:
1) The outer diameter is: 395mm, (including the outer diameter of the plate: 405mm). 2) The surface of the steel pipe is ground and hard chrome plated.

3) Manual adjustment of the paper feed roller gap dial, adjustment range 0-12mm.
4. Steel anilox roller
1) Outer diameter is φ213 (mesh: 180, 200, 220, 240, 260). (Mesh optional)
2) Steel pipe surface grinding, pressed anilox, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
3) Balance correction, smooth operation, consistent dots, uniform inking.
4) Anilox roller with wedge overrunning clutch, uniform ink distribution and ink washing.
5) Manual adjustment of the anilox gap dial.
5. Rubber roller:
1) The outer diameter is φ200mm.
2) The surface of the steel pipe is wrapped with wear-resistant rubber and balanced.
3) The rubber roller is specially ground in the middle and high parts, and the ink transfer effect is good.
4) The rubber hardness is 60-65 degrees.
5) The Yunmo motor uses a silent motor.
6. Phase adjustment mechanism:
1) Planetary gear business structure.
2) Printing phase electric digital 360-degree adjustment (operating and stopping can be adjusted).

7. Ink circulation

8. Printing phase fixing device:

3. Transverse movement and repair device:
