2. Detailed description:
The practical full-automatic nailing machine is composed of five parts: paper feeding unit, folding unit, nailing box unit, counting output unit and electrical control unit. PLC control touch screen input data, servo motor control of nailing part, simple and reliable operation. Automatic paper feeding, automatic folding, automatic correction, automatic nailing, automatic counting, automatic stacking output, front and back of the whole machine, synchronous adjustment, order storage, distinguishing the working disadvantages of gluer and nailer assembly machine, the main machine nailing and gluing are separated up and down, one-key conversion, left and right horizontal movement, nailing and gluing work independently, more convenient, fast and efficient when adjusting. A, paper feeding part:
1. The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, the system is noiseless, and the speed regulation is flexible and stable.
2. Imported porous skin is used to transport cardboard, which is stable, efficient and accurate.
3. The paper feeding part can be adjusted electrically, which is suitable for the paper supply needs of various specifications of cartons, convenient and fast.
4. Equipped with side slapping device to ensure that the paper feeding is not skewed.
B, folding part
1. Linked with the paper feeding part, variable frequency speed regulation, folding and paper feeding part pressure line adjustment synchronously.
2. Imported porous belt is used to convey cardboard, which is folded automatically and adsorbed throughout the whole process, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of skewed, slipped and stacked paper in the work of various cardboards such as weighted boxes, coated boxes and glazed boxes, making the whole machine more stable and efficient.
C. Correction unit
1. This machine will have a shaping device before nailing the box after the folding unit. The folded carton will be shaped and aligned again before nailing the box to ensure that the nailed carton has no scissor edges.
2. The correction unit is driven by a servo motor.
D. Nailing box unit
1. The nailing machine head is made of special materials, which is wear-resistant and not easy to damage.
2. The feature of this machine is that the machine head is directly driven by a servo motor, with stable and accurate speed.
3. The nailing line uses 2 reels of 20kg large flat wire automatic wire feeding device at a time to reduce the number of wire changes and improve production efficiency.
4. This machine can perform single nailing, double nailing, reinforcement nailing, head and tail nailing multi-functional operations on cartons.
5. The nailing speed can reach 700 nails/minute.
E. Counting, stacking and output section
After the cartons are completed, they are aligned, counted, stacked and automatically sent out in batches.
