1. Paper feeding section:
The servo pressure-free extended paper feeding front edge adopts: no need for paper guide rubber roller and embossing roller pressure feeding design, the cardboard is directly transferred to the printing roller through the front edge vacuum, the power input gear of the intermittent divider of the paper feeding section is the same as the outer circle of the vacuum paper guide wheel of the front edge pressure-free section, because there is no need to adjust the paper guide rubber roller pressure feeding, so that the auxiliary paper feeding time can be extended to the longest, and the paper feeding time adjustment operation is very simple.
The paper feeding section adopts the French Martin front edge paper feeding structure table top tilting lifting to complete paper feeding (the lifting table top is low in front and high in the back during the lifting and feeding process, which greatly reduces the front end of the cardboard feeding causing paper jams and cardboard damage) and is more suitable for single corrugated cardboard and curved cardboard. The Martin bellows is a snail-type suction blower with a more concentrated blower. It has a greater suction force on high-strength cardboard and heavier cardboard, thus ensuring that the cardboard does not run obliquely during paper feeding. The lifting and lowering of the paper feeding table is a light-pressure bearing wheel frame design. When the cardboard is placed very high, the weight increases. During the paper feeding process, the bearing wheel frame can reduce the weight load, so that the speed of the bellows in the pressure-free section is qualitatively improved.
The use of the pressure-free front edge paper feeding system solves the problem of the paper guide rubber roller damaging the cardboard, completely avoids the damage of the paper guide roller to the cardboard, and ensures that the physical indicators of the cardboard are almost 100%, giving carton manufacturers more choice in the use of paper. Due to the cancellation of the paper guide rubber roller conveying mechanism, all cardboards are protected from damage during transportation, solving the goal that other front edge paper feeding mechanisms cannot achieve.

3. Automatic zeroing device
1), paper feeding unit and die-cutting unit are electric and automatic zeroing.
2), general carton uses automatic zeroing device, and two trial prints can be adjusted to the correct position to reduce cardboard waste.
4. Dust removal device
1) The brush dust removal device of the paper feeding part can remove a large amount of impurities on the printed surface of the cardboard and improve the printing quality.
2) The storage order can reach 999, and the automatic alignment is accurate and efficient.
3) One-key alignment and one-key adjustment of the slot size.
2. Printing part: (optional 1-4 color printing)
1. Printing roller:
1) The outer diameter is: 395mm, (including the outer diameter of the plate: 405mm).
2) The surface of the steel pipe is ground and hard chrome plated.
3) Balance correction is performed for smooth operation.
4) Ratchet fixed plate rolling shaft.
5) Full plate hanging plate slot, suitable for 9mm hanging plate strips.

2. Printing roller:

3. Upper and lower rollers for paper feeding:

4. Steel anilox roller
1) The outer diameter is φ213 (mesh number: 180, 200, 220, 240, 260). (Mesh number optional)
2) The surface of the steel tube is ground, the mesh is pressed, the surface is ground, and hard chrome is plated.
3) Balance correction, smooth operation, consistent dots, and uniform inking.

5. Rubber roller:

6. Phase adjustment mechanism:

2. Rubber pad roller (upper roller)

3. Transverse movement and repair device:
1) Mechanical transverse 40mm, floating device, die-cutting uniform scale automatically compensates for line speed, which can make the die-cutting pad wear evenly and extend service life.
2) Repair adopts electric repair device to improve the reuse rate of pads, which can be repaired 3-4 times.
3) Die-cutting roller pneumatic automatic separation device reduces pad wear and thus increases service life.
4. Plate-free fixture:
1) Die-cutting fast interchangeable multi-function in one, conventional boxes do not need templates.
2) It has the same effect as thin knife slotting, thus saving production costs.
3) 13 servo motors electrically adjust the pre-pressure, pressure line, and plate-free knife ring size (knife line separation structure), and realize the one-key adjustment of slotting size by inputting the length, width and height of the cardboard, which is simple and convenient.
4. Transmission gear:
